One of my favorite ways to eat a Bagel is fully dressed. That always includes Onion, Tomato & Capers. Sometimes there’s extra with a little Avocado!


 
 

Ingredients

Toasted Bagel of choice

Vegan Cream Cheese

Capers

Onion Slices

Tomato Slices

Avocado

Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

Salt & Pepper

Pickles

Directions

1. Toast your choice of Bagel (I do not recommend anything sweet like raisin)

2. Spread the Cream Cheese

3. Layer the Capers, Seasoning, Onion, Tomatoes and Avocado

4. Season with Salt & Pepper
