1. Season the soft Yuba with salt, pepper, turmeric and black salt

2. lightly sauté it on med-low heat until slightly firm

3. Par boil the Brussles Sprouts to help them cook before sauteeing them

4. Saute the Brussels Sprouts and Spinach with a bit of Liquid Aminos & Red Chili Flakes
