Ingredients

@followyourheart VeganEggs

2 cups of cooked @lundbergfarms Jasmine Rice

1 package of @hodofoods Firm Tofu

1/3 cup Roasted Corn

1/3 cup Carrots 

1/3 cup Peas

1 cup Broccoli 

1/2 cup Mushrooms 

2 Green Onions 

2 tsp Tamari / Soy Sauce

Drizzle of Toasted Sesame Oil 

Sesame Seeds 

Sriracha 

 



Directions

1. Cook the VeganEgg according to package directions and set aside 

2. Sauté the cubed Tofu in a little bit of sesame oil and add in the vegetables and continue to cook

3. Add in the seasonings, green onions and cooked rice and mix well while letting the mixture cook for a few minutes 

4. Lastly add the cooked VeganEgg to the rice, tofu and veggies and mix well
