Super spicy but so good! Recipe inspired by an awesome Mapo Tofu we had at @ichizakitchen. Served with sautéed Bok Choy and Jasmine Rice
1. Crumble and sauté the Beyond Burger
2. Add the packet of Mapo Seasoning and Sweetener and let cook for a few minutes on med low heat
3. Add in the cubed Tofu and continue to cook until heated through
4. In a separate pan sauté the Bok Choy with 2 cloves of Garlic, Sesame Oil and Tamari / Soy Sauce
5. Cook up some Jasmine Rice to serve with the dish. This will help cool the mouth from the spice!
