Lazy Chicken Parmesan with Baked Spaghetti

This is perfect for those nights where you want to do minimal cooking. Cooking Spaghetti and assembling a casserole is pretty much all you have to do. There’s something about Baked Spaghetti that always reminds me of ordering it from an italian restaurant. Yum!

Serves 4


 
 

Ingredients

1 Package of @gardein Chicken Patties 

1 Jar of Organic Marinara with Basil (any brand or make homemade)

1 package of Spaghetti 

1 cup Vegan Grated Parmesan (I like Violife and Follow Your Heart)

1 1/2 cups Vegan Mozzarella shreds ( I like Violife and Follow Your Heart)

Red Chili Flakes to taste

1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped

Directions

1.Cook the Spaghetti according to package directions. Then add the cooked and drained Spaghetti that’s been tossed with a bit of the sauce and about half of both cheeses to a baking dish.

2. Add the frozen Chicken Patties on top and cover with remaining Sauce, Cheese, Chili Flakes and Parsley 

3. Lightly cover with foil (create a tent)

4. Bake at 400 for about 30-35 minutes 

Pro tip to get melty cheese: make sure to cover most of the cheese with the sauce and spritz water on it half way through baking
