Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower
Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower
I know there are tons of Buffalo Cauli Wing recipes out there and I have one too but this is a different, lighter take on them. Roasting vegetables really brings out the sweetness in them while at the same time giving them this smokey roasted flavor. They won’t last long so double the recipe for large crowds!
Ingredients
Large Head of Cauliflower
Grapeseed or Olive Oil
1/3 cup @franksredhot Hot Sauce
2 -3 Tbsp @earthbalance Buttery Spread (melted)
1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Directions
1. Cut the Cauliflower into florets and toss with a little bit of oil, salt and pepper
2. Roast at 375 for 15 minutes
3. Mix the butter, hot sauce and garlic powder together to make the buffalo sauce
4. Using a brush coat the Cauliflower with sauce and roast for another 15 minutes
5. Repeat step 4 until the Cauliflower is completely done and tender
Serve with Celery sticks and your choice of Ranch or Caesar dressings
