Sandwich Ingredients
Round Plain or Rosemary Sourdough Loaf
2-3 Tbsp Vegan Mayo
2-3 Tbsp German Style or Yellow Mustard
6 slices Vegan Hickory Style Slices
6 slices Vegan Smoked Provolone Cheese
1/2 cup Baby Spinach
Avocado, sliced
6 Vegan Ham Style Slices
Olive Salad (recipe below)
Olive Salad Ingredients
1/3 cup Kalamata Olives
1/3 cup Black Olives
1/3 cup Green Olives with Pimento
1/3 cup Sweet Pickled Red Peppers
1/4 cup Cherry Peppers
1/4 cup Capers
Pepper to taste
Sandwich Directions
1. Slice an entire loaf of sourdough in half
2. Spread the vegan mayo and mustard on both Halves
3. Start with a layer of either the ham or turkey and half of the cheese. Layer on the spinach and avocado and then the remaining cheese and the last of the meat slices.
4. Lastly, add a layer of the prepared olive salad on top. Close the sandwich with the top part of the loaf.
5. Cut into 4 portions and enjoy!
Olive Salad Directions
1. Finely chop all ingredients
2. Mix together
3. Let sit for at least an hour
