Beyond Burger Meatloaf

This is probably the best Meatloaf I’ve ever made! It tastes just like how I remember meatloaf tasting but better! The recipe is super easy to make. You can use the new Beyond Meat Ground or if you can’t find them just sub the Beyond Burger patties as I did in this recipe. NOTE: Your house is going to smell amazing while it cooks! The recipe can easily be doubled for a large crowd.

Serves 4 -5


 
 

Ingredients

2 pkgs of @beyondmeat Beyond Burgers or 1 package of Beyond Meat Ground (16 oz)

1/3 cups unsweetened Plant Milk

1 @followyourheart VeganEgg prepared or (3 Tbsp) Just Egg

1 Tbsp Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tbsp of Ketchup 

1/2 cup of @sabrett Onions in Sauce (you can also substitute chopped onions) 

1 cup of Regular Breadcrumbs 

1 tsp of chopped Parsley 

3/4 tsp of Salt 

1 tsp of Garlic Powder 

1 tsp of Onion Powder 

Black Pepper to taste

Glaze for Top

2 Tbsps of @sabrett onion in Sauce

2 Tbsps of Ketchup

1 tsp of Yellow Mustard 

1 tsp of Maple Syrup 


Note: If using chopped onions, add either 1 Tbsp more Plant Milk or Ketchup

Directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients for the meatloaf and mix until well incorporated.

2. Place the loaf in a loaf pan that has been lined with parchment paper, leaving the sides long enough to hang outside the pan for easy removal.

3. Mix together the glaze ingredients and pour on top of loaf.

4. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes, lower oven to 350 lightly cover with foil and bake an additional 25 minutes.
