Lemon Orzo Feta Salad


1 cup Orzo Pasta

1 tsp Powdered Vegetable Broth 

1 Lemon

1/3 Package of @violifeamerica Feta Cheese

1/4 cup pitted Kalamata Olives 

1/2 tsp of Dill

1/2 tsp of Thyme 

Fresh Parsley 

Salt & Pepper to taste 


1. Cook Orzo in 2 cups of water along with the veggie broth, dill and thyme

2. Add some Lemon Slices (seeds removed) about 2-3 minutes before the Orzo is finished cooking

3. Let the Orzo cool slightly before adding the cubes of Feta and Olives

4. Toss with Salt, Pepper, fresh Parsley and a squeeze of Lemon juice
