Easy Peasy Garlic Bread
You might be wondering why you need a recipe for garlic bread? Well you don’t technically need a recipe but everyone in my opinion should have one, a ridiculously easy one! It’s as simple as chopping all of the ingredients and mixing them together. If you have a food processor even better, let it do all the work for you. This garlic butter is obviously great on a baguette style bread but you can keep it on hand in the refrigerator for a little garlic toast anytime. Add things like chili flakes or chili crisp for some heat or add a nice handful or more of vegan parmesan.
Makes about 8 slices (with extra garlic butter leftover)
Ingredients
12” Baguette Style Bread
8 Tbsp Vegan Butter at room temperature
6 Garlic Cloves
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
Optional add ins:
pinch of chili flakes to taste
1 tsp (5g) or more Chili Crisp
1/2 -3/4 cup grated Parmesan
Directions
1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until everything is finely chopped and well incorporated.
2. Slice open the bread lengthwise and spread a good amount of the garlic butter all over the cut sides.
3. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 -12 minutes or until nicely browned.
4. Serve with your favorite meal that calls for a side of bread or enjoy it as a snack or as the base to a great hot sandwich
