Fluffy Blueberry Pancakes
These are the fluffiest pancakes ever! They are so easy to make you may not save them just for weekends!
Ingredients
1 cup of @bobsredmill All Purpose
Organic Flour
1 cup of @lovemysilk Unsweetened Cashew Milk
2 Tbsp @bragglivefoodproducts Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp @frontiercoop Organic Vanilla
2 Tbsp of Sugar
2 Tbsps of Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 cup fresh Blueberries
Maple Syrup for topping
Directions
1. Combine the wet ingredients and let sit for 5 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients
2. Let the batter stand for about 5 minutes while pan or griddle gets hot
3. You can add the blueberries to the batter or to the top side of each pancake
4. Use about a 1/2 cup of the mixture at a time. As soon as you see bubbles (about 3 minutes) flip the pancake and cook for another 3 minutes
5. Serve with lots of Maple Syrup and Vegan Butter
