Balsamic Eggplant and Parmesan Flatbread
This is one of those awesome, easy throw together recipes for when you really don’t feel like “cooking” cooking.
1. Spread the Eggplant spread onto the dough as your base
2. Layer the Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheeses
3. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes
4. Top with fresh Parsley and a drizzle of Aged Balsamic Vinegar before serving
