Veggie Pasta Puttanesca


Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti 

4 cloves of Garlic 

1/2 Small Onion 

1/3 cup Kalamata Olives

2 Tbsp of Green Olives with Pimento

1 Tbsp of Capers

Can of Artichoke Hearts chopped

1/2 a Zucchini 

Can of Diced Tomatoes 

Small can of Tomato Sauce

1 tsp of Thyme

1 tsp of Basil

Pinch of Red Chili Flakes 

Small bunch of Fresh Parsley 

2 tsp of @bragglivefoodproducts Liquid Aminos 

Salt & Pepper to taste 


1. Sauté the onion and garlic until the onion is translucent 

2. Add in the zucchini, artichokes, capers, olives and spices and continue to cook for 10 minutes

3. Add in the tomatoes and sauce and reduce heat , cover and let simmer for 20 minutes 

4. Serve with cooked Spaghetti and plenty of @bragglivefoodproducts Nutritional Yeast
