Miso Tamari Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
These were so yummy and easy to make without all the pumpkin guts.
Ingredients
1 package of lightly salted and roasted pumpkin seeds
3 Tbsp of @sanjtamari
3 Tbsp of @bragglivefoodproducts Liquid Aminos
2 tsp of @coldmountainmiso Shiso flavored Ponzu Sauce (if you can’t find Shiso flavored then sub any flavor you like)
Directions
1. Let pumpkin seeds soak in Tamari mixture for 30 to 60 minutes
2. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes or until desired crispiness!
