Whipped Feta Dip
Whipped Feta Dip
This creamy dip is light and fluffy and has just the right amount of tang and feta flavor. Enjoy it as a snack with pita chips and fresh veggies and my favorite as a creamy spread on toast. It makes a perfect savory breakfast or light lunch. You can make it sweet by adding a bit of vegan honey or maple syrup but I love to pair with a refreshing Greek style salad of tomatoes, cucumber, fresh herbs and olives.
