Makes 6 popsicles

Ingredients

3 1/2 5oz containers Plant Based Vanilla Yogurt (I used soy based Greek yogurt)
1 cup (140g) frozen Cherries, blended
1 Tbsp (15ml) Maple Syrup (optional)

Directions

1.Allow the cherries to thaw, then drain any excess liquid. Add the cherries to a food processor along with the maple syrup, if needed. Pulse until the cherries are broken down but still have a little texture. Set aside.

2.Fill each popsicle mold one-third of the way with the plant-based yogurt. Add about 2–3 tablespoons of the blended cherries, then top with more yogurt, leaving enough room at the top for the popsicle stick or lid.

3.Insert the sticks or tops, depending on your mold style, and freeze overnight.

4.Once fully frozen, release the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
