Buffalo Jackfruit Pizza

This is an easy mostly assembly style recipe that makes it a perfect choice for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner. The recipe for the homemade Ranch Dressing drizzled on top is included.



1 small can of @naturescharm Young Green Jackfruit Confit
1 @americanflatbreadproducts Vegan Harvest Pizza
1/4 cup  @franksredhot

2 Tbsp of @earthbalance 

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

1/3 cup Vegan Mozzarella ( I like Violife, Follow Your Heart, Good Planet Foods)

Ranch Dressing Ingredients

1/2 cup Raw Cashews ( I like Terrasoul Mylk Cashews)

1/2 cup Sprouted Sunflower Seeds ( I like go raw )

1/3 cup Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder

1 tsp of Onion Powder

1 tsp of Parsley Flakes

1/2 tsp of Dill

1/2 tsp of Dried Chives

2 tsp of Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp of Dijon Mustard or Mustard Powder

Salt & Pepper to taste


1. Make the Buffalo sauce by melting together the Franks Red Hot, Vegan Butter and Garlic Powder

2. Drain the Jackfruit and using a fork break it apart. Add it to the Buffalo sauce and let it sit for about 15 minutes

3. Assemble the Buffalo Jackfruit with the Vegan Cheese on top of the Pizza and cook according to a package directions

4. To make the Ranch Dressing soak the Raw Cashews and Sunflower Seeds in hot water (soak separately because you need to rinse the cashews)

5. Blend together the Cashews, Sunflower Seeds, 1/3 - 1/2 cup water (add more if needed to thin the dressing) along with the Lemon Juice, Worecestershire Sauce, Mustard and Herbs until smooth and creamy

6. Drizzle the Ranch dressing once Pizza has cooled slightly
