Veggie Ramen Bowl

Fresh Veggies are a great way to dress up a pacakge of Ramen and make a super satisfying meal.


Ingredients


Any Vegan Brand Vegetable Ramen Cup
Wasabi Seaweed Strips
Chopped Cucumber 
Radish
Green Onions
Cilantro
Shiitake Mushrooms 
Lime Wedges
Shredded Carrots 
Garlic Chili Paste
Splash of @bragglivefoodproducts Aminos

Directions

1., Prepare the Ramen according to package directions

2. Chop up the veggies and set aside

3. Assemble the bowl by adding the broth from the ramen first, then the noodles and then add in the chopped veggies.

4. Cut up strips of your favorite Seaweed snacks and serve along with fresh lime wedges and chili paste
