Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Hummus is one of the easiest dips / spreads to make. Like many of you I mostly buy my hummus but occasionally I remember just how easy it is to make and whip up a batch. This version uses Organic Roasted Red Peppers that you find in a jar which takes all the hard work out of getting that delicious roasted flavor. Hummus is full of plant protein, great as a dip with vegetables, pita chips or as a spread on a sandwich.
