Homade Trail Mix

Never buy bagged trail mix again! Sure it’s convenient but often times it’s hiding added ingredients like oils and sugar. When you whip up a batch of your own, you know everything that goes into it. The flavor combinations are endless and if you like a little something extra sweet feel free to add in some Vegan Chocolate Chips or Vegan M&Ms.

Makes a little over a quart


 
 

Ingredients

1 cup Raw Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
1 cup Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup Raw Almonds
1 cup rosated Pistachios
2/3 cup Toasted Coconut
2/3 cup Dried Cranberries
2/3 cup Deglet Dates chopped

Directions

1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and give it a good mix.

2. Store in airtight containers like recycyled glass or mason jars.

3. Enjoy by the handful or toss some in your oatmeal or yogurt.
