Dill Pickle Dip
This is one of the easiest and delicious dips you’ll make! It’s super creamy and has a tanginess that just pops. It’s so easy and versatile that it makes a great casual snack or the perfect dip at your next gathering.
Serves 4 -6
Ingredients
8oz (226 g) Vegan Cream Cheese
1/3 cup (82 g) Vegan Sour Cream
1 tsp (5 g) Onion Powder
1 tsp (5 g) Garlic Powder
1/2 cup - 2/3 cups (80 -133 g) finely chopped Dill Pickles (my favorite are Bubbies)
3 Tbsp (45 ml) Pickle Juice
2 Tbsp (30 g) chopped fresh Dill
Salt & Pepper to taste

Fresh Vegetables like Carrot, Celery and Red Bell Pepper
Directions
1. Allow the cream cheese and sour cream to come to room temperature before adding them to a large bowl and mixing together.
2. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, chopped dill, salt & pepper and mix well.
3. Add in the chopped pickles and pickle juice and give one final mix. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes to set before serving with pita or potato chips, bread crisps and/ or sliced vegetables.
