This soup was made with Mellow Red Miso Paste from @coldmountainmiso. It has a little bit sweeter and richer taste than the mellow white, which was nice.
1. Dissolve the Miso Paste in a little bit of water on medium- low heat
2. Add the chopped Ginger, Wake flakes and Water to the miso mixture and let simmer
3. Add the tofu, chopped green onions and Liquid Aminos (or Soy Sauce) continue to simmer until soup is completely heated through and ginger has softened
