Salad Ingredients

Romaine 

Celery 

Green Onions 

@fulleifresh Alfalfa Sprouts
Micro Greens

@go_raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds 

@edenfoods Gomasio

Avocado

Green Goddess Dressing (recipe below)

Baby Broccoli & Green Onions sautéed with Garlic, Ginger & Chili Paste

Green Goddess Dressing Ingredients

Handful of Baby Spinach 

1/3 cup fresh Parsley 

2/3 cup soaked and rinsed Sunflower Seeds

1 tsp of Tarragon 

1/2 tsp of Thyme

Clove of Garlic 

2 tsp of @bragglivefoodproducts Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce

1 tsp of @bragglivefoodproducts  Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsps of Vegan Honee or Date Syrup

1/2 cup of water or more as needed 

Juice of 1 Lime (you can sub Lemon)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

2. Add more water if necessary.
