Banana Split

Now that Vegan Ice Cream (really good Vegan Ice Cream) is a thing it makes celebrating National Banana Spit Day a breeze! Vegan Ice Creams have come a long way, a really long way and are pretty damn delicious! Even the big brands like Ben and Jerry’s and Haagen Dazs have created dairy free Vegan offerings. Although I have indulged in plenty of Ice Cream I don’t think I’ve had a Banana Split in years! The classic Banana Split has a scoop of Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla Ice Cream and 3 different sauces. Chocolate, Pineapple and Strawberry. Toppings include chopped nuts, whipped cream and Marachino cherries. I decided on just Chocolate sauce and went with both chopped nuts and sprinkles! Basically you do you and add whatever you like!

Serves 1-2
