Shishito Peppers with Lemongrass Aioli
Ingredients
Fresh Shishito Peppers
Lemongrass Aioli Ingredients
1/2 cup @followyourheart Vegenaise
1/2 - 1 tsp @fixhotsauce Lemongrass Sriracha
Squeeze of Lime Juice
2 tsp of @thedatelady Date Syrup
Optional: 1 Small Clove of Garlic finely chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Grill the Shishito Peppers on all sides until they are charred but not burnt
2. Mix all the ingredients of the dipping sauce together and serve with grilled peppers
