Sautéed Mushrooms & Garlic Avocado Toast

This is not your typical Avo Toast. The buttery Mushrooms & Garlic with a Spicy Tahni Drizzle are awesome and really jazz it up!


 
 

Ingredients

2 slices of Dave’s Killer Super Seed Bread

Avocado

1 1/2 cups of sliced Mushrooms (I used white button)

3 Cloves of Garlic

1 tsp of Vegan Butter

1 Tbsp of Organic Tahini

Red Chili Flakes to taste

2 tsp of Lemon Juice

Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Sauté the Mushrooms and Garlic in the Vegan Butter until browned

2. To make the Tahini dressing; mix together the Tahini, Lemon Juice, Red Chili Flakes and Salt & Pepper

3. Toast your bread of choice

4. Mash ripe Avocado on each slice. Season with Salt & Pepper and squeeze of Lemon Juice

5. Top with the Mushrooms and Garlic mixture

6. Drizzle a bit of the Tahini dressing over each piece
