Double Dill Dip

This is one of the easiest and delicious dips you’ll make! It’s super creamy and has a tanginess that just pops. It’s so easy and versatile that it makes a great casual snack or the perfect dip at your next gathering.

Serves 4 -6


 
 

Ingredients

8oz (226 g) Vegan Cream Cheese
1/3 cup (82 g) Vegan Sour Cream
1 tsp (5 g) Onion Powder
1 tsp (5 g) Garlic Powder
1/2 cup - 2/3 cups (80 -133 g) finely chopped Dill Pickles (my favorite are Bubbies)
3 Tbsp (45 ml) Pickle Juice
2 Tbsp (30 g) fresh Dill chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Allow the cream cheese and sour cream to come to room temperature before adding them to a large bowl and mixing together.

2. Add the spices and herbs to the bowl and mix well.

3. Add in the chopped pickles and pickle juice and give one final mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set before serving with pita or potato chips, bread crisps and/ or sliced vegetables.
