Veggie Fried Rice

Another classic dish has been Veganized! Now that we have Vegan Egg options making tradtional Fried Rice has never been easier. Fried Rice dishes are easy to make and help use up any Veggies you have on hand.

Serves 4


 
 

Ingredients

@followyourheart VeganEggs or Liquid Egg Equivalent

2 cups of cooked @lundbergfarms Jasmine Rice

1 package of @hodofoods Firm Tofu cubed

1/3 cup Roasted Corn

1/3 cup Carrots shredded

1/3 cup Peas

1 cup Broccoli cut into small pieces

1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced

2 Green Onions sliced

2 tsp Tamari / Soy Sauce

Drizzle of Toasted Sesame Oil 

1 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds 

Sriracha to taste

 



Directions

1. Cook the VeganEgg according to package directions and set aside 

2. Sauté the cubed Tofu in a little bit of sesame oil and add in the vegetables and continue to cook

3. Add in the seasonings, green onions and cooked rice and mix well while letting the mixture cook for a few minutes 

4. Lastly add the cooked VeganEgg to the rice, tofu and veggies and mix well. Heat through and serve
