Roasted Turmeric Potato Salad
Ingredients
1 Small Bag of Small Organic Gold Potatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp @followyourheart Vegenaise
2 tsps of Spicy Brown Mustard
1/2 tsp Onion Salt
1/2 to 1 tsp Organic Turmeric
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Chopped Green Onions
Directions
1. Roast the unpeeled Potatoes with Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper at 375 for about 30 minutes or until fork tender
2. Once cooled cut into small pieces and add the chopped Green Onions, Spices, Mustard and Vegenaise and mix until well combined
