Grilled Hempe Chicken Salad
I love traditional Tempeh made from Soybeans but this tempeh made from hemp and chic peas was a really nice change in flavors.
1. Cut the Tempeh in half and grill until browned on all sides
2. In a food processor combine the Tempeh with the rest of the ingredients and pulse lightly until you have the desired texture
3. Perfect in sandwiches and salads or serve with crackers
