Hearts of Palm Ceviche

This is a simple and refreshing recipe. Perfect for a light lunch or mid-day snack. Pairs well with a light white wine.


 
 

Ingredients

1 can of Whole Hearts of Palm 

Juice from 2 1/2 Limes

Pink Himalayan Salt to taste

1 tsp of @oldbay_seasoning 

Pink Pepper to taste

Small bunch of Fresh Cilantro chopped

1/3 of a Red Pepper sliced thin


 



Directions

1. Using your hands delicately pull apart the Hearts of Palm into thin strings

2. Add the chopped Cilantro, slices of Red Pepper, Old Bay, Salt & Pepper and cover with Lime Juice

3. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes before serving
